30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days after delivery of the last item in your order.

How to request a return

Contact us through the store contact form or reply to your order confirmation with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.

Item condition

Please return the costume unused, with its original accessories and packaging where possible. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help resolve it.

Refunds

We will confirm the outcome after receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to show the credit.

This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
